About Us
The founding members of Motiv started with web development and graphic design work in Victoria and Vancouver BC, on Canada's beautiful Pacific Coast. Eventually, that led us into print project management and operations, where we developed our skills in a demanding, real-world environment.
Bottlenecks cost time, money, and customer trust. Unclear information leads to expensive mistakes and missed deadlines. We learned that efficient workflows and clear communication are what separate successful operations from struggling ones. When information flows properly, teams can accomplish great things. Those lessons shaped how we approach problems. We realized we could help other companies achieve that same clarity by creating tools that remove the obstacles between intention and execution. The technology around us was evolving fast, opening up possibilities that simply didn't exist before. We saw an opportunity to solve old problems in entirely new ways.
